SHIPPING + DELIVERY DETAILS

The following statement is applicable to Homecraft customers who are receiving or returning their items.

Note: the information below applies only if you purchased your products directly through Homecraft Mfg Corp (Via website or direct) if you purchased your product through a dealer or retailer please refer to their policies for shipping and returns.

• Once you complete payment online, you will receive an email confirming your order. Note: this first email is *not* a confirmation of shipping – you will receive another email notifying you when your order has shipped.

• All Online Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Homecraft uses a variety of shippers either via ground or air from our Port Kells warehouse. If you require express shipping please contact us.

• All Canadian customers will be charged applicable HST and Provincial taxes.

• If you live locally we offer in store pickup OR local delivery:

• All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Port Kells.
  • Sauna DIY Kits are processed and shipped within 2 weeks – 3 weeks
  • Sauna Doors will be processed and shipped within 7 days – 14 days
  • All Heaters & Accessories are processed and shipped within 5 days
  • ** If by chance your shipment is delayed, you will be notified via email as soon as possible
