Our History:

For the past 3 decades Homecraft has had an integral part in the growth of Sauna culture across North America producing our own line of Homecraft Saunas heaters and other top of the line sauna kits & accessories. 

Located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada we are happy to assist our customers in the lower mainland with any of their sauna needs. Our Process: 

 
1. We gather information
 
Arguably the most important part of the process. While we can sometimes physically visit your site, this is often not feasible or efficient. Often, we are relying on the information provided to us to from you. If you are located within the greater Vancouver area we most likely will be able to visit your home, commercial space or new build to get the most amount of information to give you a proper quote. 
 
2. Design
With the information and ideas that you have given us we can come up with a design and layout plan for your sauna room.  Working alongside of you and with our knowledge of good sauna builds we will come up with the best layout and design to guarantee a great sauna experience and ensure that you are 100% satisfied

 

3. Quote / Deposit

Once we know the direction, we are going, we will usually just start with a simple written estimate by email. Once final specifications are made, a final, custom invoice will be sent to your email. Upon agreement we will process the full payment of the room before installation begins and the remaining charge for our sauna installations is to be paid after the installation is complete and our customer is 100% satisfied. 

4. Production and wait times

There are many variables that determine the completion of a project but we try to work with all parties involved (contractors, electricians, home-owners, managers) to ensure that all timelines are being met. At Homecraft we keep a large inventory of wood to ensure that there are no extra delays in putting together a custom sauna.
