The 26″ × 78″ door comes pre-hung in the jamb and includes handles and all necessary mounting hardware for straightforward installation.

Is the glass tempered for safety?
Yes, all our glass doors use fully tempered, dual-pane glass – the highest safety standard for sauna applications. Each pane is 4mm thick with a ½” spacer between them for insulation and durability. Tempered glass is designed to withstand temperature extremes and, if broken, shatters into small, safer pieces rather than dangerous shards.
Can I order this door in custom sizes?
Our Full Glass Cedar Door is built for the industry-standard 26″ × 78″ rough opening, which fits the vast majority of sauna builds. We do not offer custom sizing on this model to maintain consistent quality and lead times. If you have a non-standard opening, contact us to discuss alternative solutions or custom framing options.
Does the glass door reduce heat efficiency compared to a solid cedar door?
Our dual-pane tempered glass with a ½” spacer provides good insulation, though solid cedar doors do offer slightly better heat retention. Most sauna users find the natural light and visual openness well worth any minimal difference in heat efficiency. When sizing your heater, account for approximately 1 kW of additional capacity per 10 square feet of glass to compensate for heat loss.
How do I install this sauna door?
The Full Glass Cedar Door comes pre-hung in the jamb with all necessary hardware, including hinges, handles, and door stop, for straightforward installation. Simply position the complete door assembly in the prepared opening, shim until level and plumb, and secure the jamb in place.
