Terms of Use

Last updated: Sept 4, 2026

These terms apply to your use of homecraftsaunas.com and to any quote, order request or purchase you make through it. Please read them. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by:

Homecraft Mfg Corp, trading as Homecraft Saunas Unit 105, 9634 192 St Surrey, BC V4N 4C6 Canada, 1-604-888-3403 or email info@homecraftsaunas.com

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, and download or print material from it, for your own use or for evaluating Homecraft products.

You may not copy the site’s text, photographs, drawings, specifications or design for publication or resale, use it to build a competing product listing, scrape it in bulk, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reach any part of it you have not been given access to. The dealer portal is for account holders and you may not share your login.

Everything on this site – the words, the photographs, the drawings, the product designs and the Homecraft name and marks – belongs to Homecraft Mfg Corp or is used with permission.

3. Product information, specifications and installation

This is the section to read if you are buying a heater or a kit.

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, ratings and photographs accurate. Products are improved over time, and specifications can change without notice. Photographs and drawings illustrate the product and are not a guarantee of exact finish, grain, colour or dimension. Wood is a natural material and varies.

The installation manual supplied with your product is the authority, not this website. If this site and the manual disagree, follow the manual.

Electrical work. Homecraft electric sauna heaters are hard-wired appliances that require a dedicated circuit. You are responsible for making sure that:

  • the installation complies with the Canadian Electrical Code or, in the United States,

the National Electrical Code, and with any additional local or municipal requirement;

  • the work is carried out by a **qualified and, where your jurisdiction requires it, licensed electrician**;
  • the supply, the breaker and the wire size match the specification in the manual for the model and the voltage you have; and
  • any permit or inspection your municipality requires is obtained.

Homecraft is not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by installation that does not follow the manual or does not meet the applicable code, by a heater connected to the wrong supply or protected by the wrong breaker, or by modification of the product. Doing so may also void your warranty.

Sauna use. A sauna is a hot environment. Follow the safety instructions supplied with your product. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, or any other medical condition, or if you are taking medication, speak to your doctor before using a sauna. Do not let children use a sauna unsupervised. Do not use a sauna after drinking alcohol.

4. Quotes and order requests

Prices, specifications and availability shown on this site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A quote or order request you submit through the site is a request; a contract is formed only when Homecraft accepts it in writing and confirms the price, the specification and the lead time.

We may decline or cancel an order request, and will tell you why, where a product is unavailable or discontinued, where a price or specification was published in error, where we cannot ship to your location, or where we cannot verify the details you gave us.

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and do not include taxes, duties, brokerage or delivery unless the quote says so. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Dealer pricing is shown only to approved dealer accounts and is confidential to that account.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, at homecraftsaunas.com/shipping-policy/, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery dates are estimates. Please inspect your shipment on arrival. Shortages, damage in transit and shipping errors must be reported within 14 days of receipt, as set out in the returns policy.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty service are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, at homecraftsaunas.com/refund_returns/, which forms part of these terms. In summary, and the policy itself is the authority:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date, and the return must be started within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition, with packaging, manuals, accessories and original crating.
  • A minimum 10% restocking fee applies, unless we shipped the wrong item.
  • You pay the original and the return shipping, unless the error was ours.
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, and installed or used product cannot be returned.
  • Shortages, defects and shipping errors must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

7. Dealers

A dealer account is granted at Homecraft’s discretion and may be suspended or closed if the account terms are not met. Dealer pricing, dealer documents and anything else made available through the portal are confidential and may not be shared outside your business. Nothing in a dealer account creates an exclusive territory, a partnership, a franchise or an agency unless Homecraft has agreed to it in a separate signed agreement.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, we do so for your convenience. We do not control it, and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

9. Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia or the consumer protection law of your own province or state. Those rights stand whatever this page says.

Subject to that:

  • The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss of use or of data arising from the site or from a product bought through it
  • **Our total liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.**

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, at homecraftsaunas.com/privacy-policy/, which forms part of these terms.

11. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.

If you are buying from the United States, this choice of law does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your own state.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site or submit a request is the version that applies. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.

13. If a term does not hold

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
