Is this touchpad compatible with my sauna heater?
The Homecraft touchpad (both Regular and WiFi models) is compatible with all Homecraft electric heaters, including C-Series, H-Series, Revive, Revive Slim, and Apex. It works with both indoor and outdoor contactor boxes and is designed specifically for Homecraft systems. If you’re replacing a damaged touchpad or upgrading an older control, this is the correct replacement for all current Homecraft heaters.
What's the difference between the Regular and WiFi models?
The Regular model is a manual digital control; you operate it directly at the touchpad mounted outside your sauna. The WiFi model adds smartphone app connectivity, allowing you to preheat your sauna remotely, adjust settings from anywhere, and set automatic schedules. Both models offer the same temperature range (up to 90°C/194°F), timing (up to 60 minutes), and safety features – WiFi simply adds remote convenience.
How do I install this touchpad?
The touchpad mounts on the outside wall of your sauna room in a standard 2-gang electrical box and connects to the contactor box via low-voltage 18/4 wire. Installation is straightforward–mount the box, connect the colour-coded wires to terminals in the contactor box, and snap the touchpad into place. No high-voltage electrical work is required for touchpad installation, but heater wiring must be done by a licensed electrician. Detailed wiring diagrams are included with the touchpad.
